NEW YORK, NY – The FBI has reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to send email just days before the presidential election. FBI Director James Comey wrote in a letter to top members of Congress Friday that the bureau has “learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation.”
In previous congressional testimony, I referred to the fact that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had completed its investigation of former Secretary Clinton’s personal email server. Due to Recent developments, I am writing to supplement my previous testimony.
In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation. I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.
Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your Committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony. Sincerely yours, James B. Conley Director

Below is the letters first page stating the recommendation by Comey:
While speaking to supporters earlier today, Trump made the following statements on the recent news:
I need to open with a very critical breaking news announcement. The FBI has just sent a letter to congress informing them that they have discovered new emails pertaining to the former secretary of state, Hillary Clinton’s investigation. And they are reopening the case into her criminal and illegal conduct that threatens the security of the United States of America.
Hillary Clinton’s corruption is on a scale we have never seen before. We must not let her take her criminal scheme into the Oval Office. I have great respect for the fact that the FBI and the Department of Justice are now willing to have the courage to right the horrible mistake that they made. This was a grave miscarriage of justice that the American people fully understood and it is everybody’s hope that it is about to be corrected.
So that is a big announcement that I heard 10 minutes ago. And I guess, obviously most of you folks have heard about it. And to all fairness, for all of the people who have suffered for doing so much less, including just recently four star general James Cartwright, Gen. Mgm,1,5, and many others, Perhaps finally justice will be done.
With that being said, the rest of my speech is going to be so boring. Should I even make the speech? We will talk about borders, right? We will talk about trade. We will bring back our jobs. We’ll strengthen our military. And lets get going. OK? – Donald J Trump

According to Fox News, WikiLeaks released a new batch of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s hacked emails. An email from 2015 shows Hillary Clinton’s top aide and lawyer Cheryl Mills writing to Podesta, “we need to clean this up,” an apparent reference to communications between President Obama and Hillary Clinton in which she had used her private email server.
