West Islip, NY – The Guilds of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center recently presented $65,333 to the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation. This donation will enhance the hospital’s anesthesia services by supporting the acquisition of an Apollo® Anesthesia Machine, an advanced system with ventilation technology to support patients of any age.
This gift brought the Guilds’ 2015 donations to a total of more than $211,000 for various programs, including surgical intensive care and emergency services. Made up of volunteers from surrounding communities, the Guilds have raised more than $10 million for the hospital since 1958.
