
LONG ISLAND, NY – A Flanders man charged with assaulting his pregnant girlfriend, causing her to undergo an emergency delivery, will be arraigned on a grand jury indictment tomorrow, Thursday August 20, 2015, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.
