LONG ISLAND, NY – The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Wyandanch man who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and has a history of seizures.
Clee Clemons, 74, was last seen leaving his home at 6 Locust Avenue in Wyandanch at approximately 9:30 p.m. last evening.
Clemons is described as black, 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds. He is bald, with brown eyes and currently has a mustache.

He was wearing off-white pajama pants and an off-white button down long-sleeve shirt, one lime green sneaker and one gray sneaker. He is also wearing a blue baseball cap that says Local 138. He wears a medical alert bracelet but has no other ID or cash with him.
Anyone with information about his location is asked to contact First Squad detectives at 631-854-8152 or call 911.
As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing
