LONG ISLAND, NY – The First Squad reports the details of a Robbery which occurred on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 10:30 P.M. in Uniondale.
According to detectives, a male victim, 28, was walking southbound on Bedford Avenue between Front Street and Midwood Street when he was approached by two unknown male suspects, one which was armed with a gun. One of the suspects told the victim not to move before removing his cell phone and wallet. The suspects fled northbound towards Front Street. No further description is available at this time. No injuries were reported.

The fact that a suspect is accused with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
