Operator of 140+ Restaurants Open Newest Location in Farmingdale; Will Bring 40 New Jobs to Local Economy

LONG ISLAND, NY – On Monday, July 20, Noodles & Company, serving noodles and pasta dishes from around the world, opened its newest restaurant located in Airport Plaza at 207 Airport Plaza in Farmingdale. Owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises, Inc., operators of over 140 restaurants in northern, southern and central New Jersey, Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Florida and Georgia will bring 40 new jobs to the local economy.
Noodles & Company brings its globally inspired menu featuring classic noodles and pasta dishes together under one roof to create “Your World Kitchen.” Fresh and made-to order, its fully customizable dishes range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting.
“We are pleased to announce the opening of our third Noodles and Company location on Long Island,” said Ed Choe, president of Doherty Enterprises. “Guests can choose from a wide variety of dishes, which are fully customizable to please even the pickiest of eaters. Fresh off the heels of our recent Patchogue opening, we are excited to bring the concept to another area on Long Island and we look forward to serving the people of Farmingdale and the surrounding communities.”

In addition to great food, the 3,400 square-foot fast-casual restaurant will have seating for 98 guests inside the dining room. Noodles & Company in Farmingdale will also offer its enhanced service feature, P.L.U.S., an acronym for Please Let Us Serve, which provides dedicated hosts in its dining room to specifically cater to the needs of each guest, all without tipping.
Noodles & Company is hiring approximately 40 local team members to staff the new location including entry level management positions requiring two years of management/leadership experience. All candidates must be 18 and over and can apply online at www.dohertyinc.com/career-connection.
