LONG ISLAND, NY – Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and New York State Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who burglarized a construction yard in East Islip last month.
On June 27, a man entered a construction yard, located on the exit ramp from the southbound Heckscher State Parkway to eastbound Sunrise Highway, and stole approximately $3,000 worth of equipment, including chainsaws and drills. The man also did $3,000 worth of damage to a truck and office trailer.
Video survallence footage shows the suspect who stole equiptment, including chainsawas and drills from a construction yard in East Islip. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
