LONG ISLAND, NY – Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole merchandise from a Commack store.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are looking for your help to find this woman who stole from a Kohl’s in Commack last month.
On May 6, 2015, at approximately 6 p.m., a woman entered the Kohl’s department store, located at 45 Crooked Hill Road, and removed several pieces of jewelry from the display. The suspect eventually left the store without paying for the jewelry
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
