
LONG ISLAND, NY – Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives have been seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who took photos of a minor in the bathroom at a North Babylon restaurant.
According to police, on May 17th, 2015, at approximately 3:45 p.m., a man leaned over a bathroom stall and took multiple photos of an 8-year-old boy at Hibachi Grill, located at 1114 Deer Park Ave.
Today, Suffolk County Police arrested a Dix Hills man for photographing a minor who was in a bathroom at a restaurant in North Babylon earlier this month


Surveillance cameras provide a view of a man who police say is Luis Flores, 28, who was charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree for photographing an 8-year-old boy in a Restaurant bathroom.
After receiving numerous Crime Stoppers tips regarding the suspect’s identity, First Squad detectives arrested Luis Flores Junior, 28, today at his residence at 11:06 a.m. Flores was charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony, and will be released on bail.
Luis Flores, 28, was charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree for photographing an 8-year-old boy in a Restaurant bathroom. The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
