Exposed: Police Charge Huntington Man with Public Lewdness, Child Endangerment After Thorough Investigation

(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police have arrested a man that exposed himself to two girls on two separate occasions in October.
According to police, on October 20, 2014, a man in a gray 1999 Chevrolet Suburban was driving on Madison Avenue in Brentwood when he called over an 11-year-old girl. When the girl approached, the man exposed himself. On October 22, 2014 the man was in his Suburban on Pandora Drive in Brentwood and called over a 12-year-old girl and once again exposed himself as the victim approached.
Ortiz-Ibanez, 39, of Huntington, was charged with two counts of Public Lewdness and two counts of Child Endangerment. The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Photo SCPD.
After a thorough investigation, Third Squad detectives arrested Oscar Ortiz-Ibanez on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at his residence approximately 11:30 p.m. Ortiz-Ibanez, 39, of Huntington, was charged with two counts of Public Lewdness and two counts of Child Endangerment.
The investigation is continuing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
