
(Nassau, LI) The Nassau County Major Case Bureau, Special Investigation Squad has reported the arrest of Malik Galloway, 21 of 22 Whitson Street, Hempstead and Billy McLen, 15, of 9 Remsen Avenue, Hempstead for Attempted Murder.
According to the original report issued by police on September 28th, a male victim 21 was driving northbound on Stewart Avenue when three or four shots were fired from a dark vehicle traveling southbound on the same street. The victim was struck once in the upper chest. One bullet also struck a home on Stewart Avenue. There were no injuries reported from the home. The male victim was transported in private auto to a local hospital where he was admitted for his injuries.
Malik Galloway, 21 of Hempstead was charged with Attempted Murder and were arraigned on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
Billy McLen, 15, of Hempstead was charged with Attempted Murder and were arraigned on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
Detectives located the suspects charged with this crime while conducting an investigation for a shooting that occurred on Whitson Avenue on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 in Hempstead. Both subjects are charged with Attempted Murder and were arraigned today, Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
