
(Hempstead, NY) The Nassau County Police Department is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 10:45 pm in Roosevelt.
According to First Squad detectives, a 32 year old male victim was walking on Lincoln Avenue near Astor Place when 2 unknown male black subjects exited a silver and grey Chevy and approached the victim. Subject one displayed a handgun and both subjects went through the victim’s pants pockets and removed studded earrings, and a black wallet that contained an undisclosed amount of US currency, New York State Drivers’s License, and a Chase ATM Bank Card. The subjects then returned to their Chevy (possibly an Impala) and fled west on Lincoln Avenue.
