Man Arrested In PinkBerry Burglary After Turning Himself In

(Great Neck, NY) A Rockville Center man was arrested for burglary after he turned himself in yesterday afternoon, according to Nassau County Police.
Robert Cosme of Rockaway Avenue, went back to PinkBerry, on Middle Neck Road in Great Neck where he was formerly employed on Thursday, June 13 at 1:09 am.

According to police he used his key which he had not returned after being terminated from his job as a shift manager three weeks earlier and entered the front door. He then opened a safe removing an undetermined amount of cash and fled the scene.
Cosme turned himself in to the Third Squad at 12:40 P.M. on Thursday, July 11.
He is charged with Burglary 3rd degree and will be arraigned on Friday, July 12, 2013 at First District Court in Hempstead.
