Adam Geier, 31, arraigned on drug possession charges
(Long Island, NY) A North Bellmore resident was arrested this weekend after police pulled him over in his car with a lapful of illegal pills and an unconscious woman in his passenger seat, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
Police were alerted of suspicious activity by Adam Geier, 31, after receiving a 911 call Friday evening regarding a “possibly deceased” female being dragged down the stairs of a North Bellmore home and being placed into a 2010 Volkswagen, cops said.
Police responded to the 911 call, and soon afterwards stopped the Volkswagen in question at 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Bellmore Road and Doris Avenue. Geier was driving the vehicle and police allegedly discovered drugs in his possession and an unconscious 43-year-old woman in the passenger seat who had suffered an apparent drug overdose, according to authorities.
The woman was rushed to a local area hospital where she was treated and released, and Geier was placed under arrest after being allegedly found with 22 Xanax and Oxycodone pills.
Geier was arraigned on Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead on charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
