By Plainview Old Bethpage Congress Of Teachers
(East Meadow, NY) Ryan Cronin received the endorsement today of the Plainview-Old Bethpage Congress of Teachers. The union represents over one thousand active and retired, teachers, clerical employees, substitute teachers and public librarians in the Plainview-Old Bethpage community.
“Ryan Cronin stands with Plainview-Old Bethpage teachers in advocating for improved education on Long Island. We support him as he tries to bring fresh ideas to Albany,” said Morton Rosenfeld, President, Plainview-Old Bethpage Congress of Teachers.
“I am honored to get the support of the teachers of Plainview-Old Bethpage. I stand behind them as they work hard to advance the future of our children’s education,” said Cronin.
Ryan Cronin is the Democratic nominee for the 6th District in the New York State Senate. He is also running on the Working Families Party line and has received the endorsements of the UFCW Local 1500, 32BJ SEIU, New York State Professional Fire Fighters Association, and RWDSU 1102. He is running to help create good paying jobs, build up our local economy, improve education and provide tax relief to our families, homeowners and senior citizens.
