Grassroots Supporters Launch Ron Paul Social Network; New Web 2.0 Social Network Community Dedicated Specifically to Presidential Candidate Ron Paul

(PALM BEACH, Florida)  – They’re calling it the “Ron Paul Social Network”. Two high tech developers from Palm Beach County, Florida have worked together to create RonPaulSocialNetwork.com, a grassroots social networking community dedicated entirely to helping people connect, discuss and share information about Texas Congressman and Presidential Candidate Ron Paul around the globe.

Thanks to the availability of Web 2.0 technologies Ron Paul supporters now have a social network they call home. The website allows Paul supporters to create profiles, share videos, photos, blogs and create custom pages or groups for Ron Paul campaign events while helping raise awareness for the 2012 Presidential Campaign. The purpose for the site is aimed at getting Ron Paul’s message of Freedom and Constitutional Government out to the voters.

RonPaulSocialNetwork.com is a resource for people to connect and meet like-minded individuals while in an online atmosphere which looks and feels much like other large social networks running today - along with all the bells and whistles; friend others, comment, like and share videos, stick posts, rate users, create online polls and more.

The two developers who maintain their own IT businesses individually teamed up initially creating the concept based on their interest in the candidate himself along with the idea that Paul’s highly motivated supporters would benefit from the targeted content shared among its followers. The endeavor also pushes to contribute to increased awareness of the campaign and benefit the overall cause voters are already extremely passionate about: Liberty and Freedom in America.

To help drive initial traffic to the website, the idea was posted to popular social networks and Web 2.0 properties shortly after the site was launched where user membership signup to RonPaulSocialNetwork.com began growing rapidly.

Ron Paul has the most web-savvy supporters in history. Consistently winning online polls, dominating Internet comments, chat, and now with a dedicated social networking site all its own, the passion of his followers is clear.

Stated on the sites About Us page: “The eye-popping reality of the situation is this. No longer can it be said that Ron Paul is running for President. Amazingly enough, his candidacy has been hijacked, and it appears now that the people are running for President - through Ron Paul! That’s the true revolution about which your neighbors are speaking.”

Social networking web sites give a voice to the voiceless, sometimes quite literally. It enables conversations that couldn’t otherwise happen and builds relationships and trust between colleagues and strangers alike. Ron Paul enjoys significant effort from grassroots supporters who helped the Ron Paul Presidential Campaign meet a $4 million dollar money bomb goal on Sunday, mostly from thousands of small donations.

Sharing our ideas with like minded people isn’t exactly what we should be striving for. For networking purposes this is great, but we need to continue to spread the message of liberty to those who do not share our beliefs as well. So if you are going to join, please continue to make your presence known elsewhere on the internet as well.

Well, FreeLiberty, one way to share our message with a broader audience is by getting the Ron Paul song to the top of the charts this Christmas…join the Ron Paul iTunes bomb and let freedom sing! Download the song once and then give it as a Christmas gift to 19 of your friends; all prceeds go to the Revolution Super PAC.

Awesome article thank you for your support of our Revolution. You are absolutely from the very beginning we who have been here since before 2007 when we discovered Dr. Paul message of liberty and sound money have been doing everything we can to over come the beast of MSM and Politics as usual to get our voices heard against a Fascist government that prays on our pockets and poisons our children with socialists lies. We will no longer be slaves of the system and now is our time to be free.

If the elites want to continue to survive our revolution, they better not do anything to Dr. Paul or even let any thing happen to him, because if something does happen no matter if it seems like an act of God. All of these wonderful loving, hard working and very smart people out here will turn our attentions upon them (and we know who they are) and that may not be such a good idea for them in the long run as there will be no riots, no demonstrations they will be treated the same was as they have treated Dr. Paul and this supporters. Those who so will came out of the shadows to openly attack our defender of the constitution and champion of liberty openly are known and the peoples justice will be severed.

If people knew and understood the philosophical consistency and intellectual depth of
Dr. Ron Paul and studied the books of the people from whom he draws his principles, the election would be over and America would be saved.

Although Dr. Paul is sometimes accused of being a Randian, this is a lie. While he mentions her, and what libertarian wouldn’t, he actually draws his beliefs from John Locke, Ludwig Von Mises, Murray Rothbard, Hans Hermann Hoppe, Carl Menger, F.A. Hayek, Randolph Bourne, Lew Rockwell and others of the Austrian school.

It is an American shame that most people are ignorant of the arguments these individuals have made for liberty and free markets. Their writings are kept from the American people and our educational establishment so the media can be left to frame debate. This censorship and media filtering is a form of thought control. The ruling class knows it is better off if Americans are divided and spend their time arguing about gay marriage and flag lapel pins.

Americans, I beg you. Please educate yourself and discover the questions that need to be asked. Learn how genius economists, statesmen and philosophers have advanced the arguments for liberty and free markets. Read how they have answered questions regarding liberty, peace, property rights and prosperity after having made the study of economics, history, war, government, philosophy, religion and liberty a lifetime endeavor.

When people understand that all other politicians are statists, except for Ron Paul who champions the individual, their choice for whom to elect as president will be made clear. What other candidate authored books like “Liberty Defined”, “A Foreign Policy of Freedom”, “The Revolution, A Manifesto”, “Freedom Under Seige” and “Pillars of Prosperity”? What other candidate would mention Bastiat’s “The Law” on national television? The guy is a true revolutionary for liberty. When you understand the argument you will finally understand Ron Paul.

    Ron Paul Knows War

Ron Paul is the only candidate that understands the limits of military power and is able to discern when foreign policy dressed in reasonable sounding pronouncements ends up being nothing more than the mass extermination of humans the other candidates laughingly refer to as peace.

War is the biggest centrally-planned and counter-productive government program ever devised. I have served as an officer in the military for 28 years and understand Army operations. These plans are always counter-productive and involve massively profound unintended consequences that sequence and branch into results that destroy the social fabric and pervert every democratic institution upon which civil society rests, not just of the country that is being attacked, but also of the country that is doing the attacking.

The house of cards the U.S. creates by installing puppet governments only remains standing so long as there is a never-ending commitment of U.S. foreign aid and American blood. The end result is that we fracture and atomize a society that eventually solidifies into one where the people are violently anti-American. Our hegmonic policies always eventually reach a point of diminishing returns regarding what advances American interests and begins to cultivate an anti-American movement that expands with exponential growth.

We have truly seen the end results of American foreign policy on 9/11. The people who run American foreign policy can not accept nor ever face that fact. Ron Paul is also the only one who seems to understand that by doing more of the same we will end up with more terrorism, not less. Take this advice from someone who has studied history, economics and war for 28 years. If we maintain our present course we will end up destitute and living under an oppressive police state, but I surmise at this point I am stating the blantantly obvious.

    Ron Paul’s Positions Explained

Those who support Ron Paul constantly have to explain his positions to those who have no philosophical moorings. Often, people fail to even see the contradictions raised by their positions, beliefs and statements. It has been my personal experience that when someone tries to point out these inconsistencies, contradictions and nonsensical beliefs and demonstrate how they are disconnected from reality, the individual who was a loudmouth know-it-all suddenly refuses to have any discussion that could remotely resemble intelligent conversation. They complain about unfairness while they accept politician’s rationales for excusing government from the rule of law.

The mainstream media is intent on pounding into peoples’ heads that Ron Paul is an isolationalist. It hammers that same word over and over again without pause or ever once mentioning the difference between an isolationist versus a non-interventionist.

By the mainstream media’s definition of isolationist every country that does not fund civil wars, does not bomb, invade and occupy, does not use proxies to fight wars and work to destablize nations and carry out terror and assassination programs is an “isolationist”.

But, an isolationist country discourages open trade. Ron Paul encourages trade by knocking down trade barriers. Ron Paul wants free markets not government-managed trade. An isolationist does not carry on diplomatic relations with other countries and refuses to allow travel to and from other countries. Ron Paul is against embargos. He is for trading with all nations. He is for having open and honest friendship with all nations and seeks diplomacy even if it means the U.S does not always get its way. Dr. Ron Paul is for even for opening up trade and tourism with Cuba. How is that isolationism?

Ron Paul is the only candidate that has written an entire book on foreign policy and clearly mapped out his positions citing the CIA, history and common sense with regard to his positions. Yet, the media refuses to acknowledge his book because it makes so much sense that it shakes the sandy ground upon which our foreign policy is built as continual interventions threatens to lead us into more disasters. As we act with greater hegemonic behavior and unilateralism, it is apparent that our interventions have led to unsustainable costs in military spending and foreign aid resulting from more and more enemies aligning against us as the result of our belligerence.

As with the banking crisis and the housing meltdown Ron Paul predicted, so to are his predictions proving to be the end of our republic, the middle class and individual liberty. These are all costs of empire. The current National Security Authorization Act gives the president power to declare anyone an enemy and hence subject to permanent detention without trial. Obama threatened to veto the bill because he disliked the wording that gave the military control over those deemed threats as opposed to him having total control. Now we have seen the legalization of warrantless searches and spying, the militarization of police, the torture and murder of criminal suspects and the end of habeas corpus. How much more of our liberty are we willing to sacrifice for a false sense of freedom? We now live under a totalitarian government subject to all its tyranny without redress and subject to its criminalization of dissent. Those politicians who have brought this upon America are proud of their handiwork.

The government knows no limit to its power and those who run government now literally demand total submission to every act of tyranny imaginable. It is plain to see that the common law statute of a man’s home being his castle has given way to being told to submit to the rapist. This has been done by both the Republicans and Democratics. It seems there are two aspect of governance that enjoys bi-partisan support –one is the destruction of individual liberty and rights and the other is the legalization of theft by the elite who have destroyed our economic system. Why is it it took congress 5 days to pass an encyclopedia of Patriot Act legislation, but three year after the hijacking of our financial system there has been no new legislation passed and no previous laws enforced.

Then there is Ron Paul. Ron Paul promises liberty. Ron Paul does not say his ideas are perfect. He does not claim to have the ability to create a utopia. What he says is the free market will outperform the government in almost every sphere of human endeavor. He says that absolute power corrupts absolutely. He says that government operates through force, but peaceful cooperation will always outperform what can be acheived through the use of violence. He says that peaceful trade will reduce the price of oil in relation to a persons’ income much more than having to fund a trillion dollar per year military to control the world’s oil and police every aspect of human existence. He offers alternatives to a situation that is unsustainable and that will violently self-destruct. He recognizes that we can only have one legal system and it needs to apply fairly to everyone as opposed to ordinary people living under tyranny as the elite commit fraud, theft and murder with impunity. He recognizes we can not be free while living under an absolutist government that accepts no limit to its authority. Lastly, he recognizes that America became great because it was the freest nation and as we lost our freedom so have we lost our greatness. He recognizes that the plans of 300,000,000 people in a free market will always out-perform the dictates of government central planning. Lastly, he recognizes that a government that does not follow its laws is a lawless government.

As members of the U.S. Congress are allowed by law to inside trade, engage in conflicts of interest, leave office and then use their access to legislators to work for corporations as lobbyists making obscene amounts of money buying off legislators who are part of the greatest political body money can buy, Ron Paul’s paltry $2.3 million in personal wealth made from delivering over four thousand babies, investing in gold and writing best selling books on economics, banking, foreign policy and liberty shows he has not sold his soul or the American peoples’ future for his own personal enrichment. Meanwhile, Newt has accepted over a hundred million dollars as a lobbyist using this money paid by corporations to buy influence.

As Newt became fattened up by eating on dime of lobbyists and making millions in contributions while Speaker of the House until he was hit with dozens upon dozens of ethics violations in which he was fined an unprecedented $300,000, Ron Paul has remained the leanest politician in Washington and one whom lobbyists don’t even try to take out for lunch.

Ron Paul will not be getting any major corporate endorsements anytime soon as he has hit hard at corporate welfare, government bailouts to banking and a secret and unaccountable Federal Reserve that literally prints out multiples of trillions of dollars to give to foreign banks to prop up a collapsing and unsustainable global banking system. He does this to protect the interests of Americans and has done so for over thirty years.

One need only to Google “Ron Paul Debates Partee” to see a much younger Paul flaying the Federal Reserve in a debate that was biblical in is prophetic pronouncements. He was the only politician shredding “the Maestro” Greenspan when everyone believed Greenspan’s pronouncements about figuring out how to make a debt-based monetary system behave as if it were still a gold-based system.

One thing you will not hear during this election is any other candidate bringing to question Dr. Paul’s integrity. There will be no comments about him divorcing multiple wives. There will be no discussion about his flip-flopping on issues. There will be no legislation exposed in which he betrayed the U.S. Constitution or the peoples’ liberty. There will be no stories about him receiving millions from corporate donors as the majority of his money comes from small donations of hundreds of thousands of patriots. He is prone to brag about one thing. He is proud of the fact that he has received more donations from military service members than all the GOP candidates and Obama combined. How can any candidate deny that soldiers support his message of anti-interventionism?

Ron Paul has been as frugal in utilizing his campaign funds as he has been with taxpayers’ dollars. He uses commercial transportation and often flies business class. However, there is one thing Ron Paul is guilty of selling. He has sold the ideas of peace liberty, personal property and prosperity asking only that people provide their payment in time –the time needed to educate themselves by listening to the greatest thinkers, philosophers, economists and statesmen who have argued on Ron Paul’s side of the issues. Ron Paul has asked people to consider that money needs to once again become a product of the market and not the invention of governments that print oceans of enslaving debt out of nothing but ink and paper.

While Washington politicians do what serves their personal interests and the interests of state power, Ron Paul has remained steadfast in fighting for individual freedom and the arguments for his positions are directly attributable to such thinkers as Ludwig Von Mises, Murry Rothbard, Hans Hermann Hoppe, Carl Menger, Frederic Bastiat, John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, Alexis de Tocquevilleand Etienne de La Boétie. While the other candidates could not tell you who most of these geniuses are, Ron Paul could tell you their history, their philosophy and explain how each came to their intellectual conclusions.

This election will be the one that has the last chance of again binding government to the Constitution and ensuring liberty. Before voting please consider which candidate’s personal history exemplifies fidelity to the ideas upon which this nation was originally founded.
