(New York, N.Y.)-Senator Kevin Parker’s latest comments this morning, calling members of the Senate “white supremacists,” are disturbing, disgraceful, disruptive and reprehensible and have no place in this government body or any other.

It’s clear that members of the Senate, on both sides of the aisle, are sick and tired of Senator Parker’s repeated angry, and sometimes violent, outbursts.

His comments yesterday and today have once again gone over the line of decency.  On a radio show this morning, Senator Parker called all the members of our conference, as well as members of his own Democrat conference, “white supremacists.”

Senator Parker is not fit to serve in the New York State Senate and he should be disciplined.

I am calling on Senator Sampson and every member of his conference to repudiate Senator Parker’s comments.  Senator Sampson should immediately discipline or formally censure Senator Parker or our conference will be forced to pursue our own action.
