Open Casting Call Aauditions For March Comedy Madness

(New York,N.Y.)-Attention all comics! An open call audition will be held on Friday, January 29th at 9am - 2pm at Comix (353 14th Street @ 9th Avenue) for the 4th Annual “March Comedy Madness” comedy competition.

Comics are asked to prepare 1 minute of material to perform for the creators and hosts of the show, Bryan Kennedy and Josh Filipowski as well as for Harlan Halper, owner and Director of Programming at Comix, Brian Baldinger, booker of Comix (and scout for Montreal Comedy Festival, Last Call with Carson Daly and Jimmy Kimmel Live), and a talent executive from Comedy Central.

Past winners include: Julian McCullough, Reese Waters and Myq Kaplan. The winner of this year’s competition will win a cash prize, a weekend of shows at Comix in addition to industry exposure!
