H2M Makes Donation to Local Charity, Peer Pals

(Melville, N.Y.) – H2M, a multi-disciplined Architectural, Engineering, Planning and Environmental service firm, held an Employee raffle to raise money for a local charity called Peer Pals.
“H2M has been part of the Long Island community for over 76 years and realizes the importance of giving back,” said John J. Molloy, P.E., President and CEO of H2M. “Peer Pals is an excellent organization and we’re proud to donate to their cause.”
Peer Pals, located in Oyster Bay, NY, matches preschool age children with disabilities with typically developing children in their communities for one on one play dates. These friendships serve as the building blocks for inclusive communities when the children enter kindergarten together. Peer Pals is a 501(c)(3) public charity that charges nothing to any of its participants. They rely solely on donations and volunteers to keep the program running. Julie Keffer, a resident of Oyster Bay, NY founded Peer Pals as a result of her experience raising children on the autism spectrum. The mission of Peer Pals is to create a community of inclusion for children with disabilities as they enter kindergarten.
