October 30, 2008
(Farmingdale, N.Y.) On Sunday December 21st, Biohazard (back with all original members!) & Life of Agony will play a rare one-off co-headlining show at The Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale. The show, which is being dubbed “Brooklyn Chaos: The Show of Shows” features 2 headlining sets, by 2 of the biggest hardcore bands to come out of Brooklyn in the 1990’s. Biohazard, which features original guitar player Bobby back in the fold, & Life Of Agony; this show will sell out. Tickets go on sale on Halloween, Friday, October 31st at 10am via www.clubloaded.com & at The Crazy Donkey box office.
Biohazard’s Bass player and singer Evan Seinfeld has kept himself in the limelight, with acting roles on the HBO series “OZ” and on VH1’s “Supergroup” and is married to adult film star Tera Patrick but acknowledges on the band’s website that “BIOHAZARD was the single most important chapter in our lives,” he says. “Our music brought us together and helped us rise up out of the streets of Brooklyn. Our journey has been an amazing one, and for me, it’s all about my brothers Billy, Bobby and Danny, and of course the fans, whose undying support has never given up on the hopes of a reunion of the original band. I’m proud to announce that the four of us have decided to bring our special brand of tribal ceremony better known as a BIOHAZARD live show to (Long Island)”
Co-headlining the bill are hardcore legends LIFE OF AGONY playing a full set. Brooklyn, New York’s Life of Agony formed in 1989. Singer Keith Caputo, guitarist Joey Z., and bassist Alan Robert played the New York underground scene with several different drummers. They perfected their angst-filled hardcore/heavy metal hybrid along the way, obtaining a devoted audience in the process. On the eve of signing with Roadrunner Records, the band enlisted former Type O Negative drummer Sal Abruscato as a permanent member. The resulting album, River Runs Red, was similar to their stage show at the time — straight-up energy and aggression in a hardcore/thrash format, with shards of heavy metal cutting through at times, and the group toured extensively upon its release.
Also on the bill are special guests Spoiler NYC, My Mortality, 25 Ta Life, Suicide City, Diesel & Misery
