Melville Rotary Foundation and Farmingdale State College Athletic Department Honored John J. Molloy, President and CEO of H2M

(Melville, NY) – John J. Molloy, P.E., President and CEO of H2M, a multi-disciplined engineering, architectural and environmental laboratory service firm, has been honored by the Melville Rotary Foundation. The Rotary in cooperation with Farmingdale State College Athletic Department congratulated Mr. Molloy at the annual golf outing which was held at the Middle Bay Country Club in Oceanside.
Rotarians work together to provide community services on a local, national and international level. The Melville Rotary Foundation, Inc., will use all proceeds from the golf outing to support several causes including the annual Thanksgiving basket project, the Gift of Sight Program at the Huntington Hospital Dolan Center, the Gift of Life Program which provides heart surgery for children from other countries and Rotary International’s Polio Plus program working to eradicate polio around the globe.
This year’s honoree, John J. Molloy, P.E., a resident of Wantagh, NY, is an active member of the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association. He is Chairman-Elect of the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), a national trade association and an active Rotarian, twice serving as President. John is also active with the Huntington Chamber of Commerce and a past executive board member.

He adopted the Rotary credo of “Service Above Self” as his own and has consistently practiced Rotary ethics in his business and personal life.
